基本功、単式練習(上歩掌、拳、向錘等)の後、相対練習を行いました。最後に套路(小架一路)をして終了しました。
上肢と下肢の使い方と歩法、六合について説明、練習しました。

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the layout of your site?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it
better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two images.

Maybe you could space it out better?

Pilates focuses on flexion, rotation, and extension concurrently, but it can only produce a little amount of space between the vertebrae, not enough to change height.
