今日は予定より少し遅れて大阪城に到着・・・
毎回になりつつありますが・・・(^_^;)
基本功から初めて、単式練習、簡易サンドバック等々
補助練習等も加えながら個人練習を行いました。
途中までは練習の指導をしながらでしたが、人が増えるに従って
御任せしていました。
久しぶりに『練習した！』感がありました(^_^)v
すっきり爽やかになったところで、基本練習で燃え尽きた僕は散手練習はパスして、監督業に専任・・・頑張るみんなを後目にまったりして終了しました。
練習終了後に京橋でBARUさん、G夫婦達と宴会して帰宅しました。
